Beautiful and Cozy Peachtree Penthouse

Thank you for booking with us! We are delighted to host you. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests and to protect our home, we ask that you read and agree to the following House Rules. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. 1. General booking and occupancy - Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to registered guests. - Only guests who are part of the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been granted. - No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. - Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. 2. Property and amenity use - No Smoking: Our property is a strict non-smoking and non-vaping zone. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas. Any violation will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee to remove smoke odors. - Close the balcony door and please don’t leave it open. - No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation. - Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of all trash and recycling properly in the designated bins. Refer to the welcome guide for the trash collection schedule. - Use of Appliances and Amenities: Please use all appliances and amenities as instructed in the welcome guide. Do not leave appliances unattended. - Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, the thermostat, and electronics when you leave the property or are not using them. 3. Check-in and check-out - Check-in Time: Check-in is at 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please do not arrive before or after your designated check-in time unless pre-approved. - Check-out Time: Check-out is promptly from 8 am to 11 am. This time is necessary to prepare the home for our next guests. - Late Check-out Policy: Unapproved late check-outs will be subject to a fee. $50 every hour later: An hourly fee of $50 will be charged for each hour past the 11 a.m. check-out time. - More than two hours late: If a guest has not checked out by 1 p.m., they will be charged for an additional night's stay, at the current daily rate. - Requesting Late Check-out: If you would like to request a late check-out, please message us at least 24 hours in advance. Accommodation is based on availability and is not guaranteed. - Key/Lockbox Return: Upon departure, please return the key to the key-nest place. A $250 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys. 4. Damage, safety, and security - Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property. - Accidents happen, so please report any damage immediately so we can address it. - Safety Devices: Do not tamper with, disable, or obstruct any safety devices, including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, or fire extinguishers.
