Please help us keep the home in great condition by following these simple rules. ## Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: **4:00 PM** * Check-out: **11:00 AM** ## Registered Guests Only * Only guests included in the reservation are permitted in the unit. * No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors. ## Quiet Hours * Please keep noise to a minimum between **10:00 PM and 8:00 AM**. * Be respectful of neighbors and other residents in the building. ## No Smoking * Smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and in all building common areas. * Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. ## No Pets * Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing before your stay. ## Building Rules * Please follow all Peachtree Towers building policies. * Do not block hallways, leave trash outside the unit, or create excessive noise in common areas. * Be courteous when using elevators and shared amenities. ## Security * Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the condo. * Do not share access codes, keys, or key fobs with anyone outside your reservation. * Report any lost keys or access devices immediately. ## Parking * Park only in authorized areas if parking has been provided. * The host is not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or damage to vehicles. ## Cleanliness * Please keep the condo reasonably clean during your stay. * Dispose of trash in the designated building trash area. * Place used dishes in the dishwasher or wash them before checkout. ## Furniture & Belongings * Please do not rearrange furniture. * Any damage or missing items should be reported as soon as possible. ## Safety * Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or emergency equipment. * Notify the host immediately if anything in the unit requires attention. ## Before You Leave * Turn off lights, TVs, and small appliances. * Lock the door securely. * Return all keys or access devices as instructed. Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The building features a secure entry with concierge service and elevator access to the unit. Guests will be able to enter through the main lobby and access the unit using the provided instructions. Please note that access to certain building amenities may be restricted.
