Avoid excessive mess or any damage. - Request that pets are kept off beds to help maintain the space for all guests. - Please ensure pet waste is picked up promptly and disposed of in the trash. - Do not keep food in bedrooms. Store food properly in the refrigerator and do not leave items uncovered. - Dispose of all trash and unused food inside the trash can before checkout. - Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during night hours.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the private lower-level suite, including the bedroom for sleeping accommodations, living area, bathroom, and dedicated office/workstation space. The entire guest area is private and exclusively for your use during your stay. Feel free to relax and enjoy the large TV, PlayStation, and workspace at your convenience. For your comfort: • A hair dryer is located in the top right drawer of the dresser. • An iron and ironing board are available inside the closet. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor backyard seating area. A remote is provided to turn on the patio heater. The propane fire pit is available for use as well — if you need assistance operating it, please let me know and I’ll be happy to guide you or help set it up.
